One week after heart surgery (~June 18), Rocco was doing quite well. He had to take it easy for an additional week – hard to do because he still has a lot of puppy in him at 18 months old! Chicks dig scars right? 🙂

Thanks everybody! Unfortunately, the surgery was not 100% successful. Now it is just “wait and see” – maybe Rocco’s PDA will close the rest of the way on it’s own. Rocco’s doing just fine – nothing slows him down. He even survived parvovirus as a small puppy. He is amazing!
