This dachshund (Frankie) is in a wheelchair, not a stroller, because of medical problems. But the author — Frankie’s mom, so to speak — turns the past and pain into a positive. Barbara says she feels more confidence now, which is an interesting gift to receive from a disabled pet. It’s a very inspiring story — though it’s a picture book, people of all ages will love it.
